Torrent named traffic hits

Ok I got this torrent (needs a password to open it)don't remember where i got it from i've searched hard for it, and when i open up winrar there is a message with this web address. Wondering if anyone who knows of this download or the owner of it. it's a bunch of web tools. the file is called traffic hits.rar . must have a different torrent name cause when i search just traffic hits i don't get the results i'm looking for.
